During this 1h30m presentation, we will take a look at key strategies from Positive Psychology to help you feel good and do well at work. We will also touch on research from the US Taskforce on Lawyer Well-Being, and share evidence-based practices for you to put into practice at work and in your personal life. You'll leave with a sense of the impact Positive Psychology can have on your approach to work and life and how it might help you to develop strategies to build up your resilience in the long-term.

The workshop will be facilitated by Sarah Battey.
A leadership and organisational development specialist, Sarah Battey is a psychologist by training and is a certified systemic coach. Sarah worked for almost 20 years in international Human Resources roles in large corporations before setting up her independent consultancy business. Today Sarah works with companies looking to foster an inclusive environment in which all employees can flourish, as well as with individual coaching clients.
