Burnout prevention workshop

Before the summer break, we are pleased to bring to you a workshop on Burnout prevention hosted by Catherine Henrotte of Solu4co.

Nowadays, burnout is an important topic for all of us and, if not spotted, can, over time, negatively impact our professional effectiveness as well as our overall happiness. However, a little awareness and insight goes a long way to preventing it and Catherine has kindly agreed to share her knowledge and insights with us to show us all how we can best prepare ourselves!

The event is kindly being hosted at GSK Stockmann’s offices on Kirchberg (44, avenue J.F.Kennedy), at lunchtime (12.30pm to 1.30pm) on Wednesday 13th July.

About the workshop:

“Burn-out is recognized as a work-related psychosocial risk and seems to be ubiquitous in our society today. As it sets in gradually, it is important to intervene as soon as possible. To do so, it is necessary to know what burnout is and how to prevent it. In this workshop we will discuss the importance and benefits of prevention and we will share practical tips for implementing preventive measures.”

So come along to learn how to spot burnout and how to tackle it early, and take away some practical tips to prevent it. 

The event will be in hybrid format; in person at GSK’s offices for those who can attend physically, with log-in details being provided to those who will join online (link will be send to participants before the event)
