Women's Leadership 4 Part Workshop Series (13.09 / 27.09 / 11.10 / 25.10)

Women's Leadership in a workplace context has long been characterised by a relentless struggle to fit ourselves into an existing business system. A system designed historically by men, and fashioned in a cultural and economic paradigm of industrialism, scarcity and control which is increasingly becoming redundant in a technologically empowered, and sustainability focussed age.

We're constantly encouraged to 'break the glass ceiling', instead of building our own houses from the ground up. 

We believe it's time for women to re-define their power within the workplace, to show up as their new powerful and authentic selves, and to collaboratively take their individual stands in the workplace for what they believe.

LILLA is therefore presenting, in collaboration with Linklaters, a workshop series in which we will explore our power as women in law and explore and enhance our innate leadership capacities in a supportive, coaching-led, and collaborative environment. 

Delivered by Alexandra Slack and Angela Schwiderowitz (both certified coaches), in these highly interactive coaching workshops we will explore and encourage expressions of leadership in each of us, unleashing our individual and collective power for the benefit not just of ourselves, but for the future business world; a future that we will shape together. 

The series of 4 lunchtime workshops will cover the following topics:

1. The Power of Self-Belief - held on 13 September
2. The Power of Personal Brand - held on 27 September
3. The Power of Confident Language - 11 October
4. ** The Power of Vulnerability - 25 October (next workshop!) **

Kindly hosted by Linklaters, each workshop will run between approximately 12.15 and 1.45pm.

Lunch will be served at Linkslaters from just prior to noon, until the start time of the workshop. Coffee and desert will be available at the end, with an opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
